“The science behind hearing has certainly evolved over the years (my first doctor in Monterey used a tuning fork as part of the hearing test and I had to go to San Francisco to be tested in an audiometer room) and now Ganesh has the latest and best right here on the peninsula. But there is also the personal touch. I think things I appreciate the most about Ganesh, Dawn, and their staff are these: they make me feel ‘at home’ and ‘important’ while still maintaining their professionalism. They keep a very ‘comfortable’ atmosphere in their office, especially the art exhibit on the walls (though I do miss their dog). They have done their very best to solve my hearing problem.”
